The advantage is that people actually contact you if they are genuinely interested in your job so you don't have to waste time chasing around after them.

Your site is easy to use and so I was able to find the tradesperson I needed, felt confidence in and at a reasonable price. Reading other customers reviews was very helpful and also the photos. Also it's good to be able to chat remotely with the tradespeople via your site so thank you so much. I like your page featuring questions too, it's very helpful. The heating engineer I employed was excellent, trustworthy, efficient and very pleasant to deal with which is so important when having anyone do work in your home.

I have messaged multiple times for a refund,however support never gets back to me.People shortlist so many people and you have a small chance to contact the customer not even talking about send your quote over.They shortlist you and then don’t even answer your phone calls.ITS annoying as you need to pay for them to just Reject your phone calls..NIGHTMARE ! Support message me back !

A good site for identifying tradesmen and gettting quotes. However, I really wanted someone local and a lot of responses I had came from tradesmen that were located quite a distance away. In the end I opted for a personal recommendation from a trademan on Social Media.

My builder has changed since I last used it a long time ago. It's not easy to negotiate the site once you have hired a person. You asked me,did I hired this person,that person 3 times but not the person I did hire. I actually don't like the sit now and doubt I'll be using it much

I have tried other trade directories, as a tradesmen. This is honestly by far the best one. Quality leads at a steady rate for a fair price. No need to worry if work slows down with no contract in place.

I have used MyBuilder for several jobs around my home over the years. These have ranged from small jobs to a kitchen refit. My most recent job was to fit Victorian tiles to my front pathway and step. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Easy to use portal to raise a job, and then vetting the contractors whom put themselves forward with an interest to complete the job raised.
I appreciate the ability to go through reviews for each contractor, and their work history, to enable me to pick the contractor who suits me, and obtain quotes.
Good messaging system through the portal from start, to leaving a review for a completed job. A worthwhile service if you don't have or know any contractor directly. There are some really good contractors on MyBuilder, most who do an excellent job, and have pride in their work.
